REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND POLICY:
We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
So if you're not satisfied with the item by any reason, please contact us in 24 HOURS ONLY through Instagram DM and we will give you a full refund through instapay after deducting the shipping fees of the return. The original shipping fees are non-refundable

Items out of stock are non refundable under no circumstances.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM WITH THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THEIR FLYER ON IT. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, without the flyer or in an unsuitable condition, unfortunately we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected upon return.

Refund process up to 10 WORKING DAYS and transferring the money up to 4  WORKING DAYS after the item is picked up.

Each order is limited to 2 requests for refund. After 2 requests, no further requests can be processed. In case of failed pickup of a return due to cancellations or several reschedules, your order will no longer be eligible for a return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Please make sure to inspect your items WITHIN 24 HOURS after receiving, to ensure that they are in the condition you expected and the fit you want.
If there are any issues with your order please DM us immediately with your order number and the new size you want and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
